Very interesting mood in this shot!

Hannu, this is a very nice composition, made even nicer by the way the leaves above ( or before? after?) the building  - nature coming first and last with our works being just a small puddle somewhere in between.

I like your shot and you may have already tried these, but,  I think I would crop just a tiny bit off the bottom, maybe just the curb-stones? the lighter strip is a minor distraction. Perhaps desaturating the might heighten that feeling of different dimensions/times etc  . . .
