Great composition. The obvious use of thirds plays big time here with the focal point being the woman's strong expression toward the man.  I like that he is very mysterious - could be her son, her husband, a friend or her brother.   Wonderful bokeh and I think the photo would do well in color, even though I prefer black and white also.
