gsphotoguy 3 Posted September 24, 2010 The soft natural light is very flattering to her skin tone. Her pose seems so natural and comfortable. The slight nudity is very subtle and appropriate to the location. My favorite element is the contrasting stripes of her clotes and the chair. Well made, John. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted September 24, 2010 A nice, natural portrait of a very lovely young woman.Did you do some skin smoothing? Her face looks overly smoothed to me, but she could have flawless skin. Smoothing is like anything else, always in moderation. There are many times when it is NOT necessary. Too many images of models seem to look like they have plastic skin because smoothing is way over-applied.The other thing is the small amount of hair that is directly in front of her right eye. It is a little distracting Link to comment
John Peri 1,033 Posted September 24, 2010 Thank you Scott .. no "smoothing", no, not in moderation or otherwise. Women wear makeup. As for the "natural" looking portrait, I would tend to be iinclined to think the hair was a part of it, but I can well understand if one doesn't like it. Link to comment

JPPhoto1664880217 5 Posted September 25, 2010 Beautiful! As usual, I am drawn to her eyes. For me, this works particularly well in B&W. Kudos to you both. Jim Phelps Link to comment
