jeffl7 0 Posted September 25, 2010 I love this shot from the nostalgic color palette to the sleepy, out of focus goodness. Link to comment

AJHingel 127 Posted October 4, 2010 Ilia, I'm not sure I'm convinced. I have not hangups to blur and I love what you try to do here, but somehow it does not, in my eyes, add up.Looking at it for some time I believe what ruins it in some way for me is first of all the imposing role of the black rail in the composition. The greens and the strong perspective could easily play the role of leading us down to the end of the scene. The rails seem to overplaying such a role. Secondly the strong red lights of the row of cars to the right breaks the harmony of blurs, in my eyes.Hope these comments are useful and well received. Link to comment
iliafarniev 13 Posted October 5, 2010 Anders. Thank you for interesting comment. I was thinking of this picture as an experimental impressionistic one but your analysis certainly brings another curious angle to it. I appreciate your kind attention and useful critique. Link to comment
trisha jean-angela 5 Posted January 10, 2013 First thing that came to my mind is a movie scene that starts out of focus (my favorite kind)! Very appealing to me and my imagination! Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment
