That you like it is enough.  After-all it is not how the image was made that matters, but rather, does it meet the artists expectations and is it pleasing to others.  If it meets those criteria it is successful.

This is the best abstract I've ever seen! And the frames are fitting the inside picture because they are not so rigidly material looking! KUDOS and cheers to that! Dude!
