This is a macro photo of a Hydrangea flower on a bush that is in full

bloom in minnesota this september. they turn from white to pink as they

stay in full bloom.

Very nice Macro Paul of this lovely hydrangea.   I think it is great that you are entering the world of being 'creative'.  It is not an easy change.  An outdoors man and very good landscape photographer.  I fail miserably at landscapes, but ten again I don't take enough landscape shots.  I truly need to expand my 'horizons'.

I can tell you struggled a wee bit with the title.  Great work at getting a two tone 'text' (I can do that in Corel I think). You've carefully placed it within your frame.  Many will tell you they do not care for this, but keep on 'keeping on'.  I've been told many times 'over my frames'.  I can see what you were aiming for and you pretty well got it 'spot on'.  But some will say they find it distracting.

But knowing you and your enthusiasum to try something new with your photos, you will find a way to 'perfect' your title.  The colors in the frames are an excellent match with those lovely petals.  So I do hope when others see this they will realize that this is really one of your first 'attempts'. I send you my very best and all  the encouragement you deserve.  Just read some of my early postings, going bace to my first year and even into the second.  I struggled, got very 'down' at times, but I've kept at it and have a long way to go.  Well done my friend!  most sincerely, Gail
