montana - glacier national park Sinopah Peek a Boo

Sinopah Mountain normally dominates the view at the head of Two Medicine Lake in Glacier National Park. On this afternoon, it barely managed to expose itself before dissapearing again into the mist. I liked the mystery of this image. f16, ISO 200, Canon 24-105L. The warmer tones in the reflection looked a bit odd to me initially compared to the exposed rock, until I realized that the red toned stones in the lake provided this tint. I ended up preferring the B&W version - the tones seem to add much more interest when converted to monochrome.
