In Coming...

This is my first attempt at motion blur - the subject isn't as crisp as I would

have liked but overall I like the photo. Shot about 30 shots that day and

this was the best. I would appreciate any advice and thank you for you

time.

Peter -don't be too critical, I think you've done a pretty fair job at a balance between blur and subject sharpness.  It is better viewed large because I think the background colors trick the eye a bit giving the impression that the face & helmet cam aren't sharp.  Again, well done, very good first attempts (my first were horrible).  J

It is better viewed bigger. The above is absolutely right. Very nice job! I've tried this again, and again, and again and yet again. I've never gotten anything like this effect.

The background is blurred and does not take too much attention; The subject is sharp, well done. Also the subject is well positioned. Ben
