The guy has character for sure.  The photo captures some if it but I think it could be improved with better lighting and perhaps a better angle.

 This is somewhat subjective though because I think the harsh lighting and the profile shot in some ways contribute to the oddness of it all, the realness of life.  ....

He looks as though he has been drawn for a comedy sketch. The only thing he needs now is about 7 gorgeous tall girls in red dresses all around him. :)

Wonderful work, Fabrizio. Very humorous image, and thought provoking for me. I love trying to figure out how he happened to arrive at such a fine event without his teeth! Lots of details really keep my interest.
