GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted September 12, 2010 Beautiful imagery and very 'artfullly' done. I can see a difference in this one Art and you did a fine job. The colors and tones are lovely. That big'ol' Moon beaming down so this 'little fella' can find 'his way'. I can't help but feeling he got seperated from his mother. This would make a Great Book Cover, for a Children's series. You certainly could illustrate it, and you are more than adept at writing. Who knows where your 'images' may take you next???? congrats on a fine image that is open to many interpretations, and perhaps 'many chapters'....'little elephants can be very wise' and 'little ones' learn a lot from 'favorite little creatures' they can identify with. (gee now I'm really getting carried away...just think....Art X...your First Book Signing!!) thanks for putting up with me!! sincerely, Gail Link to comment
anne_s3 0 Posted September 12, 2010 Beautiful and has that thing that pulls you in - pathos - and makes you want to discover or create a story to go with the image. I didn't notice in the other version, but perhaps the monochromatic tones are more evenly distributed in this one? Maybe there was a hint of green or another tone in the trees in the middle ground before. Well done as always, Art. Warm regards, Link to comment
