Great shot.  Although you see a lot of mirror shots, this one, including only her eye, grabs the viewer's attention.  The absence of other people on a day when, normally, they are all around, accentuates the sense of seriousness and introspection.  It's almost as if she is saying, "You do know what you are about to do, right?"  Reminds me of the look on the faces of Dustin Hoffman and Katharine Ross in the last scene of The Graduate, when they are sitting at the back of the bus.
