gail_okeefe 0 Posted September 8, 2010 Very cool find! What a beautiful unique plant. I really love the way it blends in with the colors of the moss and surrounding plants. Good DOF, lighting and details. Kudos Gail Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted September 11, 2010 Hey Paul, sorry to be so long in getting back to you on this shot. The Pichure plant is really cool, but I even find the MOSS really interesting. I've never discovered RED MOSS before. Even when I worked in flower shops we broughtin exotic mosses for mainly Oriental arrangements, but I have never seen 'red'. Truly a great accent for the flower, which is a great macro.I've got a few creative thoughts about the two shots...I'll let you know what I think. A truly great find Paul, thanks so much for letting me know about this shot. I would have waundered over and probably found it later on anyways, but the 'heads up' is great. This has actually reminded me of a shot I got last spring but it was not nearly as colorful as this one! Well done Paul, and thank you for your thoughts on my 'Fuscia'...talk soon, gail Link to comment
