Although impoverished, it is wonderful that you received a smile from this beautiful young woman.  The poor child appears ill.....  This child may be the only true enjoyment she receives when she wakes each day, yet I am sure the conditions she has to offer her 'love' are not what any Mother anywhere would hope for.
