I wonder how u did this perfect... For sure you should been way far to cover this much area... and my surprise is there's no distraction in the over all frame... I guess the other pair is of birds..... Is this image as it is....?? Either way impressive shot..

Yes, it’s a long distance shot. But it’s not a photo with a long tele. At the time of taking the shot the focal length of the lens was 23.7 mm. It was taken from the balcony attached to the room of a hotel situated just by the side of the sea beach. It was mid-day and sun was bright. The sea beach was not busy at all. There were other two birds, a flying bird and a dog within the frame of the composition. All those were cloned out to make the image attractive. Thanks for your interest in this photo.

Remarkable and  self-narrating sea side story indeed... Very appropriate shooting angle, fine harmony in colors - icluding the reflection zone between dry and wet. The kids and birds are the icing on the cake. Compliments!

This is charming. The turbulant sea, the calm wet and not so wet shore. The two kids having fun on a wide span of beach oblivivious of the two birds in search of food. Nice colors and a great composition with a story of life. Regards, ifti.
