What an amazing scenery.   Beautifully captured. Regards - michel

PS> I'm not too sure how someone can give you a 4/4 on this... amazing really.

Hi Matt - Not concerned about ratings - the comments/critiques are the things that count.  I never look at them.  Rarely do folks ever explain their thinking with ratings, good or bad.  Glad you enjoyed the image. A magical place.

I really like the alpenglow raking across those rugged peaks Harry! You must have been in awe watching this unfold. As far as suggestions, I am hard pressed. My main observation is the framing. I would either like to see all of the near ridge at the bottom or eliminate the protruding ridge in the LR. It seem to pull my eye to it. I would also be tempted to deepen the sky at least a stop, but that is a post pro creative choice that isn't necessary. There is certainly enough detail and color in that pastel sky. Nice landscape!

Thanks, Mark and Sorry Michel (not Matt) Whoops!  The light was the real attraction for this view, the comp a bit challenging.  I'll post shortly a view of the whole range, but the lighting wasn't there when the entire range cleared.

Mark - Here is a wider angle, more full version of the scene, when more of the right was illuminated.  Still some clouds, that would be "mystery" in photo speak!  I cropped a little of the sky off the top for a more balanced comp.  Is there too much green on the bottom?
