Is it heavy rain or is already snow?

Great image. The canoes in all the grey  misty rain/snow are really nice. 

...and it was coming down hard...  I have a lot more shots of the red, yellow, blue etc. boats, but this one really stood out so I posted it first.  more to come over the next couple days.
