I just critiqued your other image  using your fish eye, and it was a beautiful shot...but this is magnificent.  I think I actually need to take a Gravol...but that is a good thing. Such a clear and sharp shot of the boat, yet I feel the motion of the water 'et all' when you use this lens....fantastic...the visual and physical are stimulated when you share such beautiful images.  Congrats, truly inspiring.  Thankyou for sharing your experiences with us, sincerely, Gail

Thanks Gail!

Thanks Pedro!

Thanks Ricardo!

Gail, I think this shot goes well with the fisheye lens and the lighting + less clutter of the boat also helps make it a better shot than the other one. The shot has more pronounced curve since I angle the camera/lens down a bit to avoid glare and to capture the white water below. The thing about fisheye lens is that if I don't aim straight at the mast it will make that vertical mast curvy as well. In any event, I have a couple more like this with smooth Alaska see which probably look just as good as this one.

Absolutely Stunning Shot....... I must say, that this is probably one of the best fish-eye shot's I've seen... the positioning, lighting etc. are all great!

An awesome POV. Good use of that lens. I also like the contrasting warm colors of the boat with the cooler colors all around it. Well seen and presented.

Sincerely,

Holger
