classic example of where to rest your eyes..because there's so much beauty in both the top and bottom halves, my eyes tend to have trouble with decidijng where to go...very nice though...congrats...

I'm from the area but never made it out to the falls.  Awesome shot. 

For me the light on the grass above the falls is too bright.  My eye goes there, to the most boring part of the photo, instead of the falls below or the sky above.  I'm not an expert, but I'd look for a way to darken that or draw attention away.

I agree with Andy.  The GND can be a wonderful tool, but I think the GND filter you used is too strong; the sky has been darkened too much relative to the area of the falls.  If you shoot in RAW, this can also be done digitally with a blend of two different processed exposures, but with a lot more control.
