Extraordinary street shot - very well seen and composed.  It looks to me that you've captured different levels of reality - the mannequin and the set-up art, whose world is clear and sharp, and the passer-by, whose world is blurred and fuzzy.  I wonder how this would look in B&W.  Have you tried converting it?
