It rained at the car show tonight, just what I was hoping for...must view

I also like taking close up shots of cars. Well exposed for the rich blue without blowing out the silver. It might be me, but the latch and hinge areas seem to be a bit soft. For a shot like this, it needs to be sharp. I'd also suggest pulling back a bit to give more of the blue fender. I think it would provide more contrast and interest.

I'm guessing this was probably on an AC Cobra, which you don't see in the rain very often! Unique opportunity and makes for a great image!

Thanks gents for the comments...I believe this was on a Ford GT.

As for the sharpness, when viewed at 100% I cannot find one pixel out of focus. Of course these images downgrade considerably when compressed to fit the site parameters, at least I think they do.
