Hi...... there is a lot going on in this image. For me, there are too many distracting factors, factors that you may like to consider in a future situation such as this.

The rain drops pull my eye from the subject, causing me to search for more. As a follow-on -  I notice the rain splashes in the water behind. I would get rid of as much of the distracting O-of-F foreground as possible, and then of course there is the blue "box" in the top right that has me guessing of a truck tailgate: a blue table: a tent: a row of refuse bins. Two steps to your right would have eliminated the blue box, possibly the most distracting element.

All of this takes me away from seeing a crisp, well-lit image of the crane, that is actually very pleasing on the eye. So I would give you good marks for the subject in term of clarity, lighting etc, but deduct marks for the presentation in terms of the distractions.

Hopefully a little food for thought?

Regards
