4th of July, just before the fireworks

Thats a beautiful scene. The building on the right creates a fine perspective and leads the eye to the horizon. Nice work. There are natural fireworks in the sky already Rajat ;-)

Rajat, very good exposure,DOF and colors. I feel this the best time to capture light in the sky and and buildings.

The quiet before the storm, I like it.

It has a certain peacefullness about it which contrasts nicely with the knowledge that the fireworks will commence shortly.

By the way, without that knowledge I'd have said that the picture is a tad too well balanced and is in need of a little more tension. Maybe a square crop or a "panavision" crop or a slight tilt upwards, I'm not sure what would give the best result. (Maybe even an experimental B&W conversion?)

That said, the picture certainlu caught my eye.
