Little Black Bug on a Thistle

I wasn't sure if this was the best crop, I was very indecisive. Any

advice is always welcome.

Very beautiful.  I have a photo like this.  I took the photo of a flower and did not notice the lil bug on it until i opened it up on the computer.   Wonderful catch.  Nicely done.

I think this is a lovely shot Linda.  Especailly the tones in the thistle. Very different from the thistles out here...I think...don't know that I've seen one like this.  I just love the tones of green and purple/mauves.  Well done...glad to see you enjoying that new camera.  Sincerely, Gail

Hi Gail! This is a wild thistle, we see a lot of it in the forests around here. There are different varieties, I took some shots of an amazing blue Globe thistle recently. It looks like it came from another planet. Thanks for commenting.
