I like this one a lot. It could be *only* a good architecture shot, but your added story and humor adds so much. It's also nicely composed, and well converted in B&W.

Oh My, you were very fortunate here to capture this moment when "one of us" is doing his "duty" while these tree so clearly reminds that this place is real, not a postcard, and things happen there, actions/work that not too many would care to document, especially so finely framed and processed as you did. Bravo!

Your work just blows me away. Your vision and the technical expertise with which you express it places you among the very best photographers, at least as far as I'm concerned. There is not a single detail in this picture I would change. Cartier-Bresson responded to critical praise of one of his most famous shots by saying "it's all luck...but you've got to be ready for the luck". There's no doubt in my mind that you are "luckier" than most.

Actually I was preparing for architectural shot that is why the details on the background are also quite accurately on place. Usually for street shots you shoot a scene and you receive the scene with background as it is. In this case the background is prepared first and the scene was just happened.

I can see Gunnar that there were many photographic opportunities in this space..like in the ancient Greek theatre drama was followed by comedy, I guess it relieved the tension and this is achieved with this splendidly toned photo.

Whether by chance or intent, the end result is stupendous! My compliments!

I don't know how I missed this one.....simply a perfect composition, timing and ineresting  light. And yes, some of us  are having vacation some are having to "push "our vacation for us;-)). Facts of life. I like the BG that has the  right conext and good DOF.Well  photograpged  and presented .
