GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 16, 2010 Life I suppose will always go on....things change, people change. Eyes that were always filled with Love...even they change. Bitter words can sting and sadden. But memories can be kept sacred, and Prayer the Gentle Flower....Love it's only 'communication'...glows 'safely' within the Protection of His 'Light'. GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 16, 2010 You are the first! And you are very intuitive Rashed ! I have not been able to sleep, it is 5:35am here. Some times my mind cannot rest....just as I cannot understand all things, nor do I think we were meant to. But my 'heart' is 'heavy' with a sadness that is new to me. Sometimes we think we can cope with change....another challenge Life offers us, but when we cannot cope, there is a place we can leave our problems.....safe until an answer comes....protected by the Light of His Love. Perhaps I will sleep now.You have a good and happy day Rashed. You are a fine supporter and I am grateful for your enjoyment of this image. It is a simple image...but I liked the 'light' I found within it. Take care my freind....sincerely, Gail Link to comment

billsymmons 0 Posted August 16, 2010 Gail, this is beautiful. Right now I'm going through a rough time and the days are not what I would like them to be. But this posting has made my morning, the beauty that exists in life makes every day worthwhile, no matter what. Thanks for making my morning. As far as critiquing the image, I have say that in the past year or so your technique and artistic creativity has left many of us behind. I think anyone aspiring to create what you create could come to you now for lessons. As always, all my best, Bill Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 16, 2010 You are so kind....me a 'teacher'...........but it is a wonderful compliment. I'm glad that sharing my 'worries' and how I've tried to hopefully handle them, has helped you today. We all come across 'bumps' in the road that we never expect to 'traverse'. Especially when it comes to those we care about.I know things will improve....but I never imagined I'd have to face some of the hurt that has 'met me' this week. Especially when it is one I love dearly. You put yourself out there again and again, trusting you will not be met with eyes and words so full of anger and disdain....but it happens again and again. I do not have the answer, so I've decided to leave the problem in the safety of the 'lightl....for I cannot solve my dilema. We're not the only ones......thankfully there is a bit of summer left that we may just take off and 'take pictures'. Fill ourselves with fresh air and new surroundings. The present ones do not welcome us, so why not go where we choose, and loose our heavy hearts. The winter will be long. A 'trunkload' of photos to EDIT just might be the medicine we'll need.! And while we're doing that, perhaps some of the 'tuff stuff' will get sorted out.Its a beautiful sunny morning....the humidity is suppossed to be much less...already things are looking up. Cheers to you my friend. Try to enjoy your week. Looking forward to any new images you captured on the weekend. Thanks again for your kindness......YOU made my morning...! Keep smiling, Gail Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 16, 2010 Once again, many thanks for your support....encouragement, and taking the time to jot a few words. We always don't seem to have the time, so when we see a comment on the page, it is lovely. I feel badly when I see someone who has posted a great photo and is looking for advice....they have received ratings, but not a word of encouragement. If I can I have been trying to say a few words, for I know how good it makes me feel. Many thanks for your visit, ejoy your week, take lots of photos!! sincerely, Gail Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 16, 2010 no worries, 7's are great, but I get many who critique, but forget to Rate, but it does not bother me. A 6 is wonderful to see. Thankyou for stopping by and sharing your thoughts on my 'fire flower'.....great name by the way!! Sincerely, Gail Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 16, 2010 Thanks so much for your very kind critique. I didn't really question which angle to display this photo as it is a bud that was just opening on my Clematis vine, and this is the position the bud was facing. Actually there are quite a few on the vine in this position. I'll insert the original, and you can see the position. But I will consider your thoughts. Perhaps it would look better vertically. My appreciation for your visit, Sincerely, Gail Link to comment
