GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 15, 2010 TRANSITIONS...........we are always going through 'TRANSITIONS'...even as I write. Some seem 'Life Fulfilling', some 'Devastating' at the time, some just take too long to come 'full circle'.....dragging us through much and mire...and so unnecessary. Yet there are some that allow us time to 'adjust our eyes' and we 'SEE SO MUCH CLEARER' - the road ahead. It is not possible for them all to be REVEALATIONS.....otherwise, we would not LEARN a thing. It intrigues, it glows with an inner light and has wonderful texture.Under a pot light at night I sure this would be tremendous. When viewed larger it gets even better, I'd recommend everyone to click on it.Just great work Gail. All my best, Bill Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 15, 2010 Thanks so much for your very insightful remarks Bill. A little bit of time to create but the results when I finally found it time to 'end' seemed to look OK. Your support is always appreciated as much as it is great to hear from you.....hope your weekend was a fine one. Looking forward to your images if you caught some of the 'jazz clubs' in TO. hamidfarzandian 0 Posted August 15, 2010 It reminds me of tibetian mandalas! Great share of color, tone, texture, hues, shadows and some details, creating such irregular regularity! Huge comlexity and at the same time simplicity! It means transition to me! Bravo Gail.Hamid. Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 15, 2010 These do take time...you experiment along the way, always starting out with an original image. It's amazing what the end result can be. So glad you found merit in this 'creation'.....most sincerely, Gail Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted August 15, 2010 I can see where you are getting the impression of a Mandela..at one point I thought of some of the symbols of the Incas....but the original image started out with a Hibiscus bud that was beginning to open. Although kind of put together like a puzzle, they are enjoyable to work on. Many thanks for those kind words of critique. Sincerely, Gail Link to comment
