Very nice portrait!  I like the composition of the model's pose and the lighting.  I also like your post processing -- she looks realistic. Thanks for sharing your work.

She is a pretty girl, but her head is bent over too far. It looks unnatural and uncomfortable. Her right arm looks like it is just hanging there. Even her expression looks like she is uncomfortable.

She really needs catch lights to give some life to her eyes.

She would appear slimmer if her body was turned at an angle to the camera.

Your composition is very left heavy. To compositionally balance this photograph you need to crop some off the right side. You would need to to crop pretty much right between her breasts. Of course, you could add on to the left side to achieve balance. Either crop would still leave you with this pose.
