I spend three weeks in the field with these migrating Hawks/Buzzards

taking pictures of them from a hide.

A lot of waiting, a lot of dead moments, with some Action in between..

Your patience paid off.  Really sharp shot, and I know how hard that can be.  What a beautiful bird.  Nothing you can do about it, but it's unfortunate that most of the background is of a similar hue to the raptor.  For me, it causes the bird to blend in a bit.
