20100807 GWPS Dragonfly

Thanbks for your thoughts. I took the color out of the background which

previously was green. Grayscale seemed to suit the photo better.

Grayscale also seemed to enhance the cabbage palm. Although the

dragonfly body is not really visible in this shot I would appreciate an

expert out there telling me which dragonfly this is. The wings are clear,

the thorax has some white markings on a dark brown body, the tail is

dark brown with some dull yellow markings. The body is similar to the

Halloween Pennant but the wings are all wrong
