Maine Lake Photos - I asked my son to paddle through the area were

sunlight was reflecting off the lake. I set exposure compensation to

minus 2/3 for silhouette and saturation. Horn Pond Action Maine. Canon

7D, lens Canon 100-400L, ISO 400 F10, 1/800. Comments, questions

ratings and critiques are encouraged. I'm not crazy about the black

area at the top of the frame but I hate to crop my images ;-)

I wish you hadn't mentioned the black space at the top of the photo. I think the only way your could change that, if you could take the photo again, would be to take the photo at a lower angle.

I like everything about this: there isn't any digital noise. My camera (Nikon D80) works best at ISO 200. Not much higher than that and I have digital noise.

This is excellent. I don't like the black space at the top of the photo either, now that you mention it.
