Excellent angle and (I would surmise, since you provide no technical details) nicely corrected distortion. The baptismal font provides a good anchor point for the eye, and I find the inclusion of the person in bright blue also adds a welcome note of contrast.

Thanks for your comments. Technical details: This is a two image panorama shot with a D700 and a 14-24/2.8 Nikon lens at 14mm. Each image is oriented vertically. Each image is a three shot exposure bracket. The images were processed in Photomatix for exposure and tone mapping. The images were stitched in PTAssembler. The stitched image was corrected for distortion, white balance, contrast, overall brightness, and a liitle bit of sharpening in DXO. I did my best to hide the fact the image is stitched and an HDR. Thanks again for your comments.

Great to see someone who understand lighting, exposure and perspective.

There are a few around who just put up very ordinary church pictures and want a pat on the back.

Even if you feel the technical stuff is not perfect, the initial effect is wonderful in my humble professional opinion.

Such an interesting perspective. I sense something akin to the 3D world of computer gaming here. There is an added touch of mystery.
