Pauline is an absolutely beautiful girl. I love her expression. You have focused very well on her eyes. The composition is excellent. The background is nicely out of focus and Pauline is well separated from it. The color saturation is very good. 

Pauline's skin tone and make-up looks very good, but watch the reddish area high on her cheek -- just under her hair. It is probably a shaded area.

You have cropped a little close to her head. She could use a bit more headroom. Be careful of cropping at the wrist. The crop on the bottom is very close to her right wrist. You don't want to crop at a joint.

The area at her right wrist is a little light. You should darken it a little.

I would get rid of the red thing at the middle left in the background. It really draws my attention away from Pauline.

A fist is a masculine hand pose. Her hand would look thinner and more feminine and graceful if posed showing its edge (side). This works the same way as posing a girl's body at an angle, instead of straight on to the camera.

@ Mark, the reddish part you mentioned appears to be just how the makeup was after reviewing my other shots - I believe I might have made a bit more pronounced when I adjusted the saturation a bit. Thanks for all the observations.
