You are a beautiful girl. Your skin tone, focus, make-up and catch lights are very good. I love your expression and the intensity in your eyes.

Of course, I wish your hand was not in the photograph.

Be careful of split profiles. 

I would like to see quite a bit cropped off the left side. You should be looking into the picture not out of it. The image is very right heavy. You want the left and rights sides compositionally balanced.

I agree with some of Mike's comments.

I like the lighting and don't mind the split profile but I would prefer to see this more looking from left to right instead of out of the picture.

That being said it isn't a major distraction because the left side is dark enough that it keeps the photo from feeling unbalanced.

Not sure if the hand does or doesn't bother me but my guess is that it isn't an issue. When I first look at the photo I tend to look at your expression and eyes which probably keeps my eye from wandering too much to the hand. That being said, and to Mike's point, a view without it there might be nice.
