She is a pretty girl. I like her expression and her hair blowing in the wind.

I am not sure her eyes are as sharp as they could be. It is hard for me to tell, but they should be in critical focus. There are many tones in this image that are similar. You must do everything possible to make Lucia stand out from the background and the foreground. You don't want her to just blend in.

The background has may shapes, textures, lines and tones that will draw the viewer's attention. It is out of focus, but more out of focus would work better.

The foreground is large, bright and parts of it are out of focus. An out of focus foreground will often draw attention away from the subject (unlike a background).  Much of her is behind the large foreground. What I would have done it to move her out more from behind the foreground. I would move in closer to eliminate some of that foreground. I would also make sure the small area of foreground is in focus and the background goes more out of focus.

Your picture is a little muddy (gray) looking. Added contrast will help. You have a catch light in her left eye, but not her right. She should have one catch light in both to make her come alive and stand out.

I think I would lighten the dark shadows under her eyes a tad.

Your name is not part of the photograph. It would be proper to place your name on a mat surrounding the photograph.
