dougsmiley 0 Posted July 25, 2010 Good composition. An effective pairing of yin-yangish shapes. Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted July 26, 2010 In line with 'shape one' and indeed as Doug says a kind of yin and yang...Very good proposal. Compliments! Link to comment

tonyfrench 0 Posted July 26, 2010 Gunnar, Very strong lines in the composition, with the light and shadows enhancing them. Link to comment
dgv 1 Posted July 28, 2010 Volume, obliques, a harmonious bit of red that contrasts nicely with the heavy cross and makes it lighter and although the cross cuts into the cylindrical volume is tied and supported by the rope. My eye goes to the centre, goes away momentarily, is carried by the lines back again to the bright centre and it stays fixed there..definitely not a plug in creation like we see in so many abstracts but a carefully crafted image in which the artist takes charge of our eyes, feeds and challenges a positive and higher side of our emotion. Well done Gunnar. Link to comment
