deb1 0 Posted July 25, 2010 LannieI like the endless feel of this image. Makes me want to walk along the rails to see where it leads me. I also can see it in black and white with all the lovely details so clearly exposed. This image really has wonderful details that you can see in each rock and leaf of this compositon. Very nice image indeed Lannie!deb Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted July 27, 2010 Thanks, everyone.Deb, when I look at this shot, my mind goes back to my first encounter with the (then) huge files coming from that big Kodak DSLR (with the largest files one could find in 35mm digital until the arrival of the Canon 1Ds Mark II), with its exquisite pixel for pixel sharpness. Unfortunately, it was a horror to shoot at low light, at high ISO, or when one was in a hurry. The Kodak 14n: "When she was good, she was very, very good, etc."--Lannie Link to comment

Landrum Kelly 64 Posted July 29, 2010 Thank you, Patsy. When it comes to railroad shots, it has to pass the Patsy Dunn test.--Lannie Link to comment
