This is a fun portrait! Your lighting is good and so is the pose. I like her skin tone. The background is nicely neutral and she is well separated from it. 

Her pants are interesting. They bother me just a bit. The bold pattern and being red does draw my attention away from her face -- just a bit. I'm not sure I would call her pants the latest in rock and roll attire.

You would have better right and left compositional balance if you cropped a little off the right side. I would suggest you place the tip of her nose in about the vertical center of the photograph.

I would tone down the reflection on her forehead. Her right hand is a little overexposed. That should be toned down a bit, too.

Love the pose and her expression.
