Center of attention is her vibrant expression, great. Very good light. Sharp focus with intricate details of the costume. Hands too big unless they were intended to emphasize inviting 'to our school'. A longer focal length lens can reduce distortion if desired. 

Excellent sharpness and tonal range, you have captured the joy and happiness of the dancer really well!.
