Newly Weds

This is a very special portrait!  You have captured sooo much...

She looks relaxed, confident and sure of herself... he 'feels' frightened or unsure of himself.  Look at the difference in their grips on the swing.  Her 'grip' is loose and relaxed... his tense.

Looks to me like 'boy' meets 'woman', marries her and has just realized what he has committed himself to.  I wish them both the best and feel that they will do just fine.  Better to have a strong, confident wife than a dependent one.  He'll learn, with her help.

That is what first came to mind when I saw this image.
