An image dissected, sliced-and-diced, picked-apart to the point ofvanishing from the mind.

But... It makes an interesting image on its own.

I am rather fond of this image, both for what it represents to me and on its own.

Back many years ago when I was active in PSA, and a very good local camera club, I had occasion to visit other clubs.  Some of them were dominated by self-appointed 'experts' who would pick-apart nearly every image they saw and pontificate on its flaws.  They seldom thought about The Intent of the photographer and whether or not the image conveyed that intent.  They seemed incapable of seeing beyond their own opinion of what it should be to what it was meant to be.

That type of person does a disservice to the craft of photography and to visual arts in general.

So... this is a glimpse of the future, derived from the past.

Thank you for your support!

Wonderful creation Dave.  I almost expected you to say you 'slap chopped' it !!! Sliced, Diced, and mad into an image most extremely NICE !   I almost see the image of a 'monkey' in there.  Love the colors and usual vibrancy. Fantastic job Dave! congrats, Gail

Nope... no 'chopping' by me.  It just evolved that way. ;-))

I suspect that others will take a 'chop' at it though...

Glad that you like it...  I can use that Warm, Fuzzy Feeling.

I love the color and design and the glow of light , but why does that eyeball in the middle keep staring at me ????
