She is a beautiful girl. I really like her expression. The background is nicely out of focus and she is well separated from it. She has good catch lights.

Her eyes are not in focus. Use a tripod when possible.

Avoid having the back of the hand towards the camera. The edge (side) of the hand towards the camera is thinning, feminine and graceful.

I am not sure why you would want to, but this looks like you are trying to make it look old. It is full of dust spots. There are areas, like the lower right corner that look faded out -- perhaps you are trying to make it look like chemical stains or smudges.

You could crop a bit off the left side to get better left and right compositional balance.

The light filtering through the branches is blotchy on her face.

There is a pink tint on some of skin.

I would have her tighten her stomach when posing.

Your advertising (desafinado.su) is not part of the photograph. It would be quite proper to place your name on a mat surrounding the photograph. Advertising would be better placed on the back of your photograph.
