This is a superb image and the black background makes the flower stand out. With the equipment you use along with your photographic knowledge, there is very little I can offer on this image. When viewed large and if it was my image I would use the cloning tool to erase all of the 'spots' starting with the white one at the bottom left and on the flower itself. Please don't consider this as a 'negative' since this is a beautiful image 'as is'.

Since I learned about the effects of digital diffraction I now avoid smaller apertures than f11 with my Nikon D300 but I can't see any negative effects from you using a really small aperture on this image.  Maybe I need to upgrade my equipment.
