Looks good -- I like the color, and I think your exposure was right on.  I might have stepped to the right just a bit to get a little more separation between the two boats.  I'm puzzled that boats are left like this -- they seem vulnerable to toppling.

Nice soft evening light, and good composition, I particularly like the muted reflection of the foreground boat. (In answer to Stephens comment about the boats toppling, sometimes they do lay at a more acute angle on the sand, it just depends on the density of the sand / silt that they come to rest on, but they are left by a gradual receding tide, and such is the weight and balance of the craft it is highly unlikely they would ever turn over completely)

Also, you said this was taken at midday, yet to my eye it doesn't look like midday light.  If that was the purpose of your processing, I think you've done a great job.  I really like the "early evening" light.
