How much PS is used? This is a beautiful and warm shot.

Generally , this shot has no PS retouching. Colors and DOF as regesterd on slide. Croping done on PS. AS far as I can remember Cokin 81 warm up was used but not sure which one , EF I guess . Regards PK

Very warm colors.

I did a number of pretty good wheat shots this summer, but none turned out exactly as expected. Many were composed in a way quite similar to this one, but with different colors; they were usually backlighted by the setting sun. I'll keep this shot in mind when I give it another try next summer.

I like the picture and the wonderful color

Great composition. The selective focus and the placement of the two stalks works very well. Also, the lighting is wonderful -- these two appear in a great highlight. Very well done.

poor in contrast: the blurred background wants to give it, but the monochrome flats.
