Good:

girl, focus, eye contact, expression. left/right compositional balance, pose, depth of field for background, blowing hair

Not so good:

pointy catch lights probably caused by on-camera flash, raccoon eyes, headroom, wrist cropping, contrast/brightness, advertising on photograph

I stared at this for some time, and to be honest I got to like the dark, low contrast for the most part. I think the white top might have blown any chance of balancing the range of tones.

This is a very flattering pose/shot and really accentuates her beauty compared to the two others. It's almost hard to believe it's the same girl. I'm not particularly bothered by the raccoon eyes, rather more curious as to how a traditional b/w rendering might have looked. 

Michael, it's one of those things, the tone.  Looks good either way, although I like a little better the creamy tone I originally loaded.  Although I agree in principle with Mark about the shadowed eyes, I nevertheless very much like the way the shadows of her eyelashes grace her cheek.  And the shadows are not overly dark. There's plenty of openness in there and her eyes are easily seen and appreciated.
