She is a cute girl. You have focused well. The skin tone is excellent. The background is nicely out of focus and the little girl is well separated from it. The contrast is very good. The contrast and composition is excellent. I love the highlights on your bubble! Congratulations on a very good portrait.

In a perfect world, there wouldn't be any loose hairs on her left eye and cheek. I might have added a little room on the left or cropped a tad on the right to have better left and right compositional balance. If you cropped a little into her hair on the right you would get rid of the bright lines coming into the frame from the right.

There are a couple of other bright dots on the background I would also tone down.
