Sunset at Vieques Island, Puerto Rico

I didn't do much sharpening, it might look a bit soft. I like it that

way for the water, giving it a soft, 'mild' look... Yes the sky does

not have the 1/3rd positioning but then I am perfectly ok with that,

bringing the water to a bit more prominent role and accentuating the

textures.

I also like the composition, if somewhat adventurous! The water looks like liquid gold...I like it.

Great colors and the frame is very interesting, filling with lots of things in the top of the photo and just water and colors in the bottom

You would have had a lesser photo if you worried about 1/3 sky.

The colors on the ocean surface combined with the transparency of the shallows is wonderful. Very abstract feel to a nature theme.
