The photo is indeed very good. However something is wrong with her left leg. You simply can't turn it so much and keep the pose like that.

Something is odd about the model's hand on the wall? kind of no longer looks like a female hand? Great use of shallow def, the front is out of focus and so is the back.

I would have clone out the lose strains of hair on her face. But I really enjoy the pose, just wonder how twist her foot into her body.

uh huh, this photo has great dynamics and color harmony. the spidery pose reminds me of Jonas Lundqvist photos (a famous Finnish photographer, ex ballet dancer: http://www.wweek.com/photos/3516/large/12244.jpg)
