Unfortunately, what dominates the photo are overexposed walking surfaces and a bright white sky.  The sculpture is somewhat lost against the background.  I think you need to find a viewpoint (probably closer) that can isolate the sculpture to a greater extent -- perhaps a wide-angle lens up close against an early morning blue sky, if at all possible.
