johnroberts 0 Posted June 25, 2010 This almost abandoned chapel is in the hamlet of Pentre near Llanarmon Dyffrym Ceiriog. I love old buildings with wonderful character like this and the daisies in the overgrown entrance created a lovely combination. Link to comment
blue-olympus 0 Posted June 25, 2010 Fabulous shot of this old building John, the peeling paint and overgrown grasses all help with the atmosphere...and that daisy WOW. I'd like to see a distant shot of this church John, if possible...Regards Link to comment

alight 0 Posted June 28, 2010 this is nicely composed. The beauty and freshness of the FG flower contrasts the shabby building well. Cheers, Micheal Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted June 29, 2010 John... The annual freshness of the daisy against the backdrop of the aging church lends meaning to "Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these". Normally I would have removed the uncollected mail from the door, but in this case it is very appropriate to this visual story. An excellent image.... Mike Link to comment
